What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Credit/Debit cards (Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB payments from customers worldwide!), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What is your clothing size guide?

When is your shop open?

  • The shop will be open every day! However, I will be available M-F 10:00-15:00 for any questions or needs.

Why do you only ship products on Friday’s?

  • Welp, I work a full-time job as a therapist and also make and ship all my apparel and some of my accessories myself (with my family’s help of course). At the moment it’s not realistic to ship every package I receive once I package them up daily. But one day I’ll get there!

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Typically, orders will be in production for 3-5 business days after the order has been processed (1-2 business days) and will be shipped afterward. Shipping times are based on location and volume of orders but expect that your order will arrive at most 14 business days after shipping. Based on the carrier, any delays in processing payments or verifying shipping addresses, and many other hiccups, shipping time may be delayed. Please make sure that your order and shipping/billing address are correct! 

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! 

What are your shipping costs?

  • Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t give a definite flat rate due to shipping costs being based on your location, package weight, and size which may be different from others.

When will I see my tracking information?

  • Once your order has been processed, which is usually within 24-48 hours after submitting your order.

My order shipped but I never got my package?

  • Orders will be delivered within 14 business days after production (3-5 business days). Please give your package some time to reach you. Check out our shipping policy here for more information. If it still hasn’t arrive send us a message here.

I changed my mind…Can I cancel my order?

  • We work really hard to ship your order as quickly as we get it, making it even harder to cancel before it ships. Please double-check your shopping cart and info before checking out. We give a grace period of 24 hours after the order has been submitted for anyone to contact us via email to inform us of any changes or cancellations. After 24 hours, returns/exchanges or cancellations will not be accepted.

My address is incorrect, can I change it?

  • Once an order ships, we’re unable to change its destination so please ensure all address information is correct along with any APT, unit, or suite numbers. If you still need to make a change, submit a message on our Contact page as soon as possible with the correct info, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, can you change it for me?

  • Please double-check the sizing info before checking out! If a size change is needed, we give a grace period of 24 hours after the order has been submitted for anyone to contact us via email to inform us of any changes or cancellations. After 24 hours, returns/exchanges or cancellations will not be accepted. 

What if I love a design but want another color apparel?

  • I know the colors I like aren’t always everyone else’s preferences, so please contact me if you want a design on a particular color shirt/hoodie. I’ll definitely try to make it possible (within reason of course!). Definitely email me before placing an order so we can discuss the next steps. 

How should I take care of my apparel?

  • Wash inside out in cold water. Do not use Fabric softener. No Bleach. Tumble dry on low. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Remember doing this helps to prevent fading and keep your merch looking great like you (teehee).

Can I share your website and social media content?

  • If it’s just social media content and my website, please do! All I ask is that you tag me so that I can give you a proper shoutout for supporting my business.
