Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our design studio. Typically, orders will be in production for 3-5 business days after the order has been processed and will be shipped afterward. Shipping times are based on location and volume of orders but expect that your order will arrive at most 14 business days after shipping. Based on the carrier, any delays in processing payments or verifying shipping address, or other issues, shipping time may be delayed. Please make sure that your order and shipping/billing address are correct.
Orders will be shipped out every friday, based on when the order is received. Any orders received before Tuesday at noon will be shipped on that friday but any order received thereafter will be shipped the following Friday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Please make sure when submitting an order that your address is correct.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available within the lower 48 states for purchases of $150 or more. Simply select the free shipping option during checkout, if it’s available. (This does not apply to large items or items where shipping quotes are required). Individual items with Free Shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice to a single address within the continental United States. This offer excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items too large to ship via a standard carrier.
Duties and Customs
When shipping internationally Beara’s Shop is not responsible for duties and customs fees. These fees must be paid directly to the courier as we do not impose them.
Address Restrictions
- The billing and shipping address must be the same. If it is not we will call or email to verify the inconsistent addresses. This will put a hold on processing your order. If no response from either communication channels, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
- We don’t ship to PO Boxes.
Damages & Lost Packages
Beara’s Shop is not liable for any package damaged or lost during transit. If you receive a package that is damaged or lost. Please contact us and we will open a claim with the shipper. Also, you can use the provided tracking number and open a claim with the shipment carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns/Exchange Policy
Due to COVID-19, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges once the item(s) have been shipped. If you ordered the wrong size or item, you have 24 hours to send an email to info@bearasshop.com for it to possibly be changed. Expect that orders may be delayed due to your changes.
Refund Policy
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect please submit a claim via the “Contact Us” page or email info@bearasshop.com. Please have your order number, a picture of the item in question, and a brief explanation of the damage/defect/or wrong item and we will correct the issue from there.
Please allow 24-48 business hours for our team to respond to your refund request. As soon as your refund request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label to send the item(s) back. Once your item is received, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be fully processed. Once items have been returned, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
